As your Defence School Mentor, I would just like to say that I have truly loved getting to know your children throughout this year. The year did not exactly go as planned but I believe I was able to get to know your children during this school year and I look forward to continuing to build on those connections in 2021.

I send my best wishes to our St Thomas Morel’s families who are relocating this year, I wish you a quick settling in period and smooth transition into your homes.

I know that moving can be a time of mixed emotions for everyone in the family with the sadness for leaving good friends, apprehension about what lies ahead, but also excitement for the new opportunities for your family to experience. It is good for children to understand it is natural to have a range of feelings during this time and communication is so important at this time.
