Sacrament of Confirmation

Last Sunday, the 20^th of October, children from St Thomas More’s received the gifts and the fruits of the Holy Spirit through the Sacrament of Confirmation. Archbishop Christopher Prowse and Fr Josh Scott led the Sacrament with a sense of calm and reverence. 

Catholic Schools Netball Carnival

Our Yr 2 to Yr 6 students enjoyed a day of netball at Calwell last Saturday. The teams played with a great sense of fun and there were some fantastic skills on display. An extra special thanks to Lani and Moki Di Petta (sisters to Ruby 6W), Mia Gibb (sister to Isabelle, Ava and Faith (5G/5W/4G) and Molly McMahon (sister to Lulu 6G) for umpiring. Thank you to Hena Di Petta who was the coach of the Yr 5/6 team and Genevieve Cuddihy who was the manager, as well as Terrie Scott who was the coach of the Yr 2/3/4 team and Katie Gibb who was the manager. We couldn’t have participated in the day without your assistance.

Boorowa Netball and Touch Carnival

On Friday, our school will have representatives participating in the Boorowa Touch and Netball Carnival. Thanks to parents who are driving on the day, managing, coaching and umpiring! Gwen Tarleton and Cassie Neiufi will be attending.

Mission Mass

Today our Yr 5/6 students attended the Mission Mass at the Cathedral.
